MODULE 1
“YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! "
Each workshop lasts 1-3 hours.

WORKSHOP # 1 - INTRODUCTION TO NUTRIENTS.
We will discuss the roles and functions of different nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates, fats, etc.).

WORKSHOP # 2 - THE IMPACT OF NUTRITION ON THE BODY.
We will talk about the synergistic work of food with the body and cells, as well as the importance of making the right choices.

WORKSHOP # 3 - EAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR INTESTINAL FLORA.
What if your belly speaks to you? Bacteria are living organisms, so you have to feed them so that they become allies and not enemies!
WORKSHOP # 4 - STAY THIN, FEED THE ATHLETE WITHIN.
Even if you don't have the ambition of becoming a great athlete and just hope to lose some weight, you have to give your body the tools it needs to perform well. You must therefore give it the best in spite of modern constraints.
