This workshop will seek to solidify the spirit of belonging, as well as the confidence / pleasure within a team through role plays and the staging of a small comic play based on the issues and values ​​of your business.

In addition to the various games and exercises that will help them to express themselves better and acclimatize in another context, the participants will be able to work on scenes that they will have created together.

At the same time, they will be able to improve their level of concentration and listening, develop better interpretation/sales/argumentation techniques, and offer original approaches.

The desired spirit will be that of a group where the participants invest themselves above all in the pleasure of playing and exploring their entrepreneurial world as a team. Everything will be done in a fun, relaxed atmosphere and with the idea of ​​inventing new traditions / highlighting the values ​​of the company.

If the participants wish, this course can end with a short presentation in front of an audience of colleagues, relatives, or friends and a fundraiser intended for the organization of their choice.
