PHYSICAL TRAINING COURSE-WORKSHOP

This course will first aim to promote physical activity in groups and the organization of sporting events in a friendly, motivating and fun atmosphere.

The objective is also to facilitate good training habits, your instructors will guide you towards achieving long-term results through courses such as (s):

- Urban Circuit: Organized in the form of circuits through the parks of your city, this training will allow you to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance while taking a little fresh air;

- Boot camp: The objective of this type of physical activity is to achieve a varied and rapid return towards shaping all of your systems while strengthening the cohesion of the group;

- Tabata: Based on high intensity 20 seconds intervals interspersed with brief 10 second rests, this class is demanding and very effective when it comes to training the cardiovascular system;

- PiYO: This energy training, set up by Beachbody, combines the strengthening of Pilates with the flexibility of Yoga; and

- P90X: This intense program, designed by Beachbody, integrates all parts of the body and alternates between exercises that seek core stability, strength training and cardiovascular.

 

Your Coaches will work with you on refining your techniques, in order to promote injury prevention, improvement of your posture, muscle strengthening, as well as reduction of your pain. Everything will be done with the idea of ​​encouraging possible participation in a friendly sporting event, such as “Olympiad”, “Relay race”, “Treasure hunt”, “Rally” or “Marathon for a good cause! », With a potential fundraiser for the organization of your choice.
