Tap into the latest breakthroughs in Health and see how to nurture a healthy body in a healthy mind despite today's environment.

This training will be offered to anyone who would like some basic advice on the following topics:
  • Aim for optimal nutrition and sleep for strong health;

  • Learn how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way;

  • Discover tips and tricks to better manage your stress according to your personality type;

  • Target the right goals and stay active without overworking;

  • Recondition your brain to a winning attitude;

  • Get rid of habits that harm you;

  • Start the changes that will transform your life in the long run; and

  • 1… 2… 3… What will your 21 days health challenge be?

                             

This training will be inspired, among other things, by the principles of Neurotyping (oriented towards the best food / personalized training strategies to adopt according to your neurological profile), as developed by Christian Thibodeau and which touch on the different aspects of Health and Wellness, but will also be based on the foundations associated with Functional Medicine.

Participants will discuss the various myths surrounding nutrition, stress management and healthy lifestyles in order to initiate a new shift. They will also be encouraged to create a support group, a realistic plan, as well as health challenges if they wish.

​

* NB: After this training (or before), it will be possible for you to have a personality test completed in order to establish your neurological dominance and to direct you to the option that would be the most optimal for you.
